Shipping Information

Locations: Currently we ship to customers in the US, however we'll be expanding to customers in the UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand over the next few months.

Orders are processed in the order we receive them unless you've chosen expedited shipping.

We have a number of warehouses around the US, UK, and the rest of the world. Where your order is shipped from depends on the items you've ordered and stock availability across our warehouses.

We aim to process orders within a few days but during periods of high demand it can take up to a week for your order to be shipped.

We'll Send you a tracking number where you can track your order status on the couriers website.

We’ll send you the tracking info as soon as your order is in the mail.

If your package gets lost in the mail please contact our support and we'll help you with the next steps.
